Job Summary
The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead the development of a code-native Webflow platform, overseeing technical direction, team growth, and hands-on contributions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set the technical and product direction for Webflow's code-native capabilities, ensuring high-fidelity integration between visual and code workflows
- Lead the integration of coding agents into the Webflow building experience while managing the developer experience from core APIs to tooling
- Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent, fostering a high-performing technical culture and maintaining engagement in architecture and design reviews
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams focused on developer products or technically complex platforms
- Strong technical depth in areas such as compilers, code generation, or developer infrastructure
- Experience with AI or agentic systems, demonstrating the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Proven track record of transforming ambiguous technical challenges into usable systems for customers
