Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead and mentor engineering teams, oversee product roadmap execution, and drive full-stack architecture while integrating AI technologies into the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor engineering teams while hiring and developing talent to meet evolving product needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define product priorities and ensure timely delivery with operational rigor
• Guide technical decisions across frontend and backend systems, ensuring security, scalability, and performance

Required qualifications

• Experience managing engineering teams in high-growth environments focused on AI/ML technologies
• Strong background in full-stack development with proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, or Go
• Hands-on experience in AI-driven application development, including model training and deployment
• Familiarity with SQL and RDBMS, preferably PostgreSQL
• A proactive, outcomes-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills in cross-functional settings
