Senior Engineering Manager
Job Summary
The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Machine Learning Platform team in a hybrid role, focusing on modernizing foundational systems, driving customer proof-of-value engagements, and reducing technical debt while ensuring the delivery of high-quality machine learning models.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow the team, owning the roadmap and execution of ML systems in production
- Drive customer proof-of-value engagements by translating requirements into platform capabilities
- Identify and automate manual processes across the ML lifecycle to improve efficiency
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of overall hands-on engineering experience, with 4+ years in a management role
- Deep technical knowledge of machine learning systems, including model training and evaluation
- Proven experience leading technical customer engagements with enterprise clients
- Demonstrated success in reducing technical debt in high-traffic production systems
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
