Job Summary
The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead engineering teams in developing AI-powered data connectivity solutions, focusing on execution, delivery, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop engineering teams, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Own execution and delivery across assigned engineering teams, ensuring clear priorities and effective operating practices
- Provide strong technical leadership, guiding design decisions and partnering with senior engineers on architectural direction
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise or SaaS environments
- 4+ years of engineering management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing teams
- Experience managing multiple engineering teams and initiatives across various stakeholders
- Strong technical judgment with experience in cloud platform management, preferably Azure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
