Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to manage Software Engineers and support Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, grow, and mentor Software Engineers
Provide technical leadership and become an expert on the company's applications
Work with the Director of Engineering to scope and plan future projects

Qualifications:

6+ years of Software Engineer/Engineering Manager experience
Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Ability to manage engineers while working within a team yourself
Passion for mentoring and growing Software Engineers
Experience with devops pipelines a plus: jenkins, aws codebuild, docker, etc
