Senior Engineering Manager - AI

Job Summary

To shape the future of AI developer tools, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager - AI will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with product and engineering partners, and enhance developer experiences in both local and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-8 engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Collaborate with product and engineering partners to define roadmap priorities and drive technical execution
• Improve engineering efficiency through internal tools, frameworks, automation, and development guidelines

Required qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI or developer tools
• 4+ years of engineering leadership or management experience in a technical environment
• Experience with Agile software development or other iterative delivery processes
• Strong software engineering skills with knowledge of Go, Python, and JavaScript
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, product, and multi-functional partners
