Senior Engineering Manager, Autonomous Vehicles

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager for L3 and L4 Testing in Autonomous Vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Build design solutions and drive execution to enhance end-to-end simulation for evaluating Autonomous Vehicle performance
• Lead efforts to automate simulation test development, including creation, execution, and analysis infrastructure
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to improve scalability and stability of the simulation platform

Required Qualifications

• BS (or equivalent experience), MS, or PhD in Engineering or Science field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in testing, infrastructure, and test automation
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience in large-scale organizations
• Experience with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Autonomous Driving, or Simulation environments
• Proficiency in Python/C++ within a software-driven environment
