Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate across R&D to drive business value through AI-enabled products
• Break down larger ML initiatives into smaller, actionable problems for the team
• Coach and mentor data scientists and ML engineers to support their career growth

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent disciplines
• 5+ years of experience leading Data Science & ML Engineering teams
• Experience deploying machine learning solutions in large-scale production environments
• Strong knowledge of mathematical foundations of statistics and machine learning
• Experience with ML model building using libraries such as Scikit, Tensorflow, and PyTorch
