Senior Engineering Manager - DevOps

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager for DevOps, Infrastructure, and Release Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow DevOps, Infrastructure, and Release Engineering teams, ensuring accountability and operational excellence
• Own the release engineering strategy, improving CI/CD pipelines and reducing deployment risks
• Provide technical leadership across cloud environments, ensuring security and compliance best practices are followed

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
• At least 5 years managing engineering managers or senior technical teams
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for SaaS platforms and strong knowledge of AWS and Azure
• Deep understanding of release engineering principles, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure as code
• Experience supporting high availability, distributed systems in production
