Job Summary

Leading a global team, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager, Embedded Software will drive the technical strategy and execution of embedded software solutions for advanced inspection technologies while managing product development and fostering high-performing teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development of embedded software and firmware for video borescope platforms, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
• Define technical roadmaps and manage engineering resources, budgets, and staffing plans for future software platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept through launch and maintain a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Significant experience leading embedded software development teams for commercial hardware products
• Strong technical foundation in embedded software, firmware development, or related engineering disciplines
• Experience in structured product development environments utilizing requirements, design reviews, and release processes
• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels to solve complex engineering challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
