Senior Engineering Manager - Machine Learning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - Computer Vision / Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the ML roadmap, managing a team focused on 3D deep learning and computer vision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategy with business goals and identify product improvement opportunities
• Drive the development of computer vision models and implement best practices for MLOps pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
• 8+ years of industry experience in applied machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Extensive experience in state-of-the-art 2D and/or 3D deep learning
• Strong people management skills with a track record of team development and mentorship
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch
