Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Applied Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team developing production machine learning models for behavioral detection
• Drive research, development, and operational monitoring of models analyzing large-scale network telemetry
• Establish high standards for experimental rigor and own the technical direction for production ML systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience leading applied machine learning or machine learning engineering teams
• Strong background in machine learning, statistics, or a related discipline
• Experience building or operating production ML systems, including model lifecycle management
• Experience with large-scale telemetry, time-series data, or behavioral modeling problems
