Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, MLOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the MLOps vision and strategy, transitioning ML workflows to a fully automated platform
• Build and maintain end-to-end infrastructure for model training, deployment, and serving
• Partner with business leaders to align infrastructure investments with e-commerce drivers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role focused on ML Infrastructure or MLOps
• Proven experience in building and scaling MLOps platforms supporting the full model lifecycle
• Deep technical expertise in cloud-native infrastructure and orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and tooling, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of CI/CD for ML, including automated testing and deployment strategies
