Key Responsibilities:

Hire, lead and manage a team of software engineers to implement comprehensive advertising performance optimizations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance improvement opportunities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ad performance, software stability, and scalability

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of Java experience
4+ years experience leading a team of software engineers
Experience working on complex ad-tech projects
Experience with Microservice style architecture
Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Cassandra (Preferred)
