Senior Engineering Manager, Security

Job Summary

To lead a dynamic team in securing a vast GPU fleet, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager, Security will manage and develop engineers, set technical direction for security operations, and focus on delivering measurable outcomes while collaborating across teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a distributed team of senior security and infrastructure engineers
• Set technical direction for the security control plane and foundational security services
• Translate complex risk assessments into actionable insights for executives and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing engineers within a broader career of 14+ years in software engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or security
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure, distributed systems, or security engineering
• Proven track record of attracting, hiring, and developing top engineering talent
• Ability to deliver results under ambiguity, turning loosely defined mandates into measurable outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
