Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - User Experiences in North America, responsible for leading the product development group for a managed SaaS offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage three teams: Global Console, API, and Marketplace
- Drive strategic planning and develop a long-term strategy for User Experiences
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of user interfaces and experiences
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of management experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Product development experience and shipping features as part of a SaaS product
- Familiarity with Crossplane and the Cloud Native Ecosystem
- Full software lifecycle experience of successfully taking multiple projects from early designs to production deployment
