Senior Engineering Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Operations Analyst to enhance the efficiency and operational maturity of the Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and improve Engineering efficiency by defining necessary metrics and reporting to leadership
• Optimize Engineering systems and tools for scalability, cost-efficiency, and performance
• Assist Engineering managers with data analysis and organizational processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a Software Engineering setting, with 3+ years in Engineering Operations or data analysis
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and Git workflows
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
