Senior Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager to oversee and drive the delivery of engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Maintain a portfolio of initiatives to enable effective team integration
• Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring high quality throughout the program lifespan

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience as a technical program/project manager in Software Engineering or Cybersecurity
• Knowledge of Cloud Software Engineering and Cybersecurity technologies
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
• Experience working in an Agile model leveraging Scrum or Kanban
