Senior Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Partnering closely with engineering and operational teams, the full-time Senior Engineering Program Manager will define, coordinate, and deliver enterprise technology solutions to enhance caregiver experiences and support high-quality patient care in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complex cross-functional initiatives related to clinical communications and healthcare technology platforms
• Coordinate technical alignment and process improvements across enterprise operational domains
• Drive modernization and integration efforts that enhance caregiver workflows and patient communication experiences

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of related experience in program and project management
• Strong experience in managing cross-functional technical initiatives
