Senior Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Partnering closely with engineering and operational teams, the full-time remote Senior Engineering Program Manager will define, coordinate, and deliver enterprise technology solutions that enhance caregiver experiences and support high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex cross-functional initiatives across clinical communications, middleware, and healthcare communication platforms
• Drive large-scale modernization and integration efforts impacting caregiver workflows and patient communication experiences
• Facilitate organizational alignment and process improvements within enterprise-wide IS services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of related experience in program and project management
• Strong background in coordinating technical and operational teams
