Senior Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Partnering closely with engineering and operational stakeholders, the full-time remote Senior Engineering Program Manager will define, coordinate, and deliver enterprise technology solutions that enhance caregiver experience and support high-quality patient care across various healthcare communication platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives spanning clinical communications and related technologies
• Drive large-scale modernization and integration efforts that impact caregiver workflows and patient communication experiences
• Facilitate organizational alignment and process improvement within enterprise-wide IS services

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of related experience in program and project management
• Strong experience in coordinating technical and operational teams in collaborative environments
