Job Summary

Partnering closely with engineering and operational stakeholders, the full-time Senior Engineering Program Manager will define, coordinate, and deliver enterprise technology solutions that enhance caregiver experience and support high-quality patient care in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex cross-functional initiatives related to clinical communications and healthcare technology platforms
• Coordinate technical alignment and process improvement efforts across engineering and operational teams
• Drive large-scale modernization and integration efforts to enhance caregiver workflows and patient communication experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in program and project management
• Strong background in coordinating technical projects in a collaborative environment
