Job Summary

Partnering closely with engineering and operational stakeholders, the full-time Senior Engineering Program Manager will define, coordinate, and deliver enterprise technology solutions remotely to enhance caregiver experience and support high-quality patient care across various healthcare communication platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex cross-functional initiatives related to clinical communications and healthcare technology integration
• Coordinate technical alignment and process improvements to sustain and advance enterprise-wide information services
• Drive large-scale modernization efforts that impact caregiver workflows and patient communication experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in program and project management
• Experience in a collaborative technical environment
