Senior Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Partnering closely with engineering, operational, and clinical communication stakeholders, the full-time remote Senior Engineering Program Manager will define, coordinate, and deliver enterprise technology solutions to enhance caregiver experience and support high-quality patient care across various healthcare communication platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complex cross-functional initiatives related to clinical communications, nurse call systems, and contact center integrations
• Coordinate technical efforts and organizational alignment to improve processes and sustain enterprise-wide IS services
• Drive large-scale modernization and integration efforts impacting caregiver workflows and patient communication experiences

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of related experience in program and project management
• Strong experience in coordinating technical and operational teams
