Senior Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Partnering closely with engineering and operational teams, the full-time remote Senior Engineering Program Manager will define, coordinate, and deliver enterprise technology solutions to enhance caregiver experience and support high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee complex cross-functional initiatives related to clinical communications and healthcare technology platforms
• Drive large-scale modernization and integration efforts impacting caregiver workflows and patient communication experiences
• Facilitate collaboration among technical and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment and process improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in program and project management
• Strong background in coordinating technical initiatives and organizational alignment
