Job Summary

Collaborating with engineering, operational, and clinical communication stakeholders, the full-time Senior Engineering Program Manager will define, coordinate, and deliver enterprise technology solutions to enhance caregiver experience and patient care in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex cross-functional initiatives related to clinical communications, nurse call systems, and healthcare integration technologies
• Coordinate technical alignment and process improvements across various operational domains
• Drive modernization efforts that impact caregiver workflows and enhance patient communication experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in program and project management
• Proven experience in coordinating across engineering and operational teams
