Job Summary

Partnering closely with engineering and operational stakeholders, the full-time remote Senior Engineering Program Manager will define, coordinate, and deliver enterprise technology solutions to enhance caregiver experiences and support high-quality patient care across various healthcare communication platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives related to clinical communications and healthcare technology integrations
• Drive modernization and integration efforts that improve caregiver workflows and patient communication experiences
• Facilitate organizational alignment and process improvements across enterprise operational and technical domains

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in program and project management
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating across engineering and operational teams
