Job Summary

Collaborating with engineering and operational teams, the full-time remote Senior Engineering Program Manager will define, coordinate, and deliver enterprise technology solutions that enhance caregiver experiences and support high-quality patient care across various healthcare communication platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving clinical communications, middleware, and integrations
• Drive modernization and integration efforts that improve caregiver workflows and patient communication experiences
• Coordinate technical and operational alignment to sustain and advance enterprise-wide information services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in program and project management
• Strong background in coordinating technical initiatives in collaborative environments
