Senior Engineering Team Lead

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineering Team Lead - InfoSec.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full technical ownership of the Permission Assist IAM governance platform, including architecture and code quality
• Establish and enforce coding conventions through effective code reviews, ensuring security and correctness
• Drive AI-centric workflows to enhance team productivity and accelerate delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in .NET, particularly in C# and the broader .NET ecosystem
• Experience making architecture-level decisions on production systems
• Strong understanding of security practices in software engineering
• Fluency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
