Senior Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enrollment Coordinator to support individuals experiencing opioid dependence through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals interested in reducing opioid use through medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
• Conduct phone intakes to collect health information, establish treatment goals, and determine eligibility for telemedicine services
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure a seamless transition into treatment and track patient progress through the enrollment pipeline

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor
• Minimum 4 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience working with individuals experiencing substance use dependency is preferred
• Familiarity with EHRs and CRMs is a strong plus
