Senior Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enrollment Coordinator who will support individuals experiencing opioid dependence through the enrollment process for telemedicine-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals interested in medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
• Conduct phone intakes, verify insurance, and schedule appointments for new patients
• Provide support to the enrollment team by monitoring chats and offering coaching to teammates

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor
• Minimum 4 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Experience working with individuals experiencing substance use dependency preferred
• Familiarity with EHRs and CRMs is a strong plus
