Senior Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enrollment Counselor responsible for enrolling students and supporting their retention in degree programs and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively implement enrollment and outreach strategies to assist prospective students throughout the admissions process
• Initiate timely contact with new prospective students within 24 hours of their inquiry
• Deliver accurate information about degree programs and certifications to prospective students and their influencers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Enrollment Counselor II or three years in adult higher education enrollment
• Prior experience in student enrollment, admissions, advising, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of assigned degree programs and understanding of relevant target audiences
• Commitment to providing outstanding service to students and stakeholders
