Senior Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary

Managing an enrollment pipeline, the full-time Senior Enrollment Counselor will be responsible for enrolling students in degree programs and certifications while supporting their retention in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee an individual enrollment pipeline, achieving performance goals related to applications, admits, and starts
• Balance recruitment efforts with student service responsibilities, ensuring application completion and readiness for enrollment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate student progression and address potential barriers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Enrollment Counselor II or three years in adult higher education enrollment
• Prior experience in student recruitment, admissions, or advising
• Proficiency with CRM systems and student record management
• Commitment to providing outstanding service to students and stakeholders
