Senior Enrollment Kit Representative

Job Summary

To support the Retirement Operations team, the remote Senior Enrollment Kit Representative will manage the development and delivery of high-quality enrollment and regulatory materials for employer-sponsored retirement plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance while enhancing client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of enrollment and regulatory work, making decisions on routine and complex situations
• Develop and update employer-specific materials to align with legal documents and product standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery of accurate materials while identifying process improvements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience directly aligned with the responsibilities of this role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Solid relationship management skills with internal and external clients
