Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enrollment Manager who will drive revenue growth through inbound sales and enhance the enrollment experience for students and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs
  • Manage relationships with prospective students and families from initial contact through enrollment, ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize HubSpot CRM to manage the sales cycle and forecast enrollments accurately
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented environment
  • Proven success in selling high-value service packages with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and experience with data reporting tools like Excel or Google Sheets
  • Comfort with maintaining clean data and using systems to drive performance
  • Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
