Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Enrollment Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs
- Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first contact through enrollment
- Close deals across various programs, meeting or exceeding sales goals while collaborating cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented environment
- Proven success selling high-value service packages, with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot or similar tools
- Comfort with data and reporting, including experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
