Job Summary
Driven and entrepreneurial, the full-time remote Senior Enrollment Manager will lead consultative calls with prospective students and families, manage relationships throughout the enrollment process, and innovate strategies to enhance conversion rates while achieving sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs
- Own the relationship with prospective students from initial contact through enrollment, ensuring a smooth experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, counseling, and finance teams to enhance customer experience and provide feedback on market trends
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
- Proven success in selling premium service packages with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot, with experience in maintaining data integrity
- Comfort with data and reporting, including experience using Excel or Google Sheets
- Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
