Job Summary
Seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Enrollment Manager, the full-time remote position will manage inbound sales, guide prospective students through the enrollment process, and refine systems for future scalability while exceeding sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs
- Own relationships with prospective students and families, ensuring a smooth and positive enrollment experience
- Close deals across various programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
- Proven success selling premium service packages with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, with a focus on data integrity
- Comfort with data reporting and experience using Excel or Google Sheets
- Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
