Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Representative, Enrollment (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve eligibility issues and verify member health insurance details
• Analyze complex member eligibility issues and provide resolutions to internal and external partners
• Train new staff and assist in enrollment-related special projects and audits

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in health care or customer/provider services
• Experience in data processing and proofing
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
• Experience in managing simultaneous projects and tasks
