Job Summary

Managing end-to-end provider enrollment workflows, the full-time Senior Enrollment Specialist will ensure compliance with payer requirements, maintain data integrity, and resolve enrollment issues while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Manage provider enrollment workflows, including roster submissions and revalidations across multiple payers
• Maintain and update provider data across systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy
• Proactively track enrollment statuses and resolve delays impacting billing or network participation

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 4+ years of healthcare provider enrollment experience
• 2+ years of experience with compliance workflows and NCQA policies
• 2+ years of experience researching payer and government regulatory requirements
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word
