Senior Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Overseeing the end-to-end payer enrollment process, the full-time Senior Enrollment Specialist will manage applications, ensure compliance with enrollment requirements, and serve as the primary contact for enrollment inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain processes for initial and revalidation of payer enrollment applications
• Ensure compliance with payer enrollment requirements and regulations to secure timely enrollment
• Conduct research and document enrollment processes, while updating and managing data in credentialing systems

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Four to six years of experience in a credentialing office or related environment
• Knowledge of health plan and governmental payer credentialing processes and requirements
• Proficient in database management and software systems including MS Excel and Word
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously in a collaborative team environment
