Job Summary
Targeting Federal/SLED accounts across the United States, the remote Senior Enterprise Account Executive will acquire new enterprise customers, penetrate greenfield accounts, and drive net new revenue for Black Duck's Application Security platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full new business sales cycle from prospecting to closing, achieving new logo ARR targets
- Build multi-threaded relationships with senior executives and lead discussions on application security strategies
- Run disciplined sales cycles, collaborating with Sales Engineering and Marketing to accelerate pipeline generation
Required qualifications
- Enterprise new business sales experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or related technical domains
- Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals with multi-million dollar ARR impact in the Federal/SLED sector
- Strong understanding of Application Security, SCA, SBOM, and software supply chain challenges
- Ability to engage technical and executive audiences with credibility
- Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and strategic selling skills
