Job Summary

Driving growth in the U.S. and English-speaking markets, the full-time Senior Enterprise Account Executive will manage complex enterprise deals from initial conversations to signed multi-year partnerships, collaborating with CTOs, CIOs, and business leaders to implement AI solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and drive complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders to secure partnerships
  • Lead discovery processes to identify AI impact opportunities and craft compelling commercial narratives
  • Collaborate with Product and Leadership to refine offerings and contribute to sales strategies and playbooks
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with a track record of closing high-value deals
  • Strong background in enterprise SaaS, particularly in EdTech, HR Tech, or L&D sectors
  • Established network within the EdTech and corporate learning space
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and navigating multi-stakeholder environments
  • Ability to lead consultative conversations focused on business transformation
