Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Enterprise Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with Enterprise accounts, serving as the primary contact for account needs
- Lead efforts to acquire new Enterprise clients and identify opportunities for account expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience required
- 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Account Management
- 2-4 years of experience with AI and/or Lead Connector technology
- Working knowledge of Social Media Management, Advertising, and SEO
- Familiarity with various CRM systems and applications such as Google Suite and social media platforms
