Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Enterprise Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with Enterprise accounts, serving as the primary contact for account needs
  • Lead efforts to acquire new Enterprise clients and identify opportunities for account expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience required
  • 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Account Management
  • 2-4 years of experience with AI and/or Lead Connector technology
  • Working knowledge of Social Media Management, Advertising, and SEO
  • Familiarity with various CRM systems and applications such as Google Suite and social media platforms
