Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to drive renewals and expansion within existing enterprise customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing enterprise customer accounts and drive contract renewals
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support account management and expansion efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise customer accounts
  • Proven success in driving renewals and expansion within existing customers
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to align customer needs with solution value over time
  • Experience in selling cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions is preferred
