Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to drive renewals and expansion within existing enterprise customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing enterprise customer accounts and drive contract renewals
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support account management and expansion efforts
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing and growing enterprise customer accounts
- Proven success in driving renewals and expansion within existing customers
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to align customer needs with solution value over time
- Experience in selling cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions is preferred
