Senior Enterprise Application Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Enterprise Application Analyst will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and recommending changes for Epic applications, leading implementation teams, and providing ongoing production support and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and implementation of project requests, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of Epic applications
• Prepare detailed project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and facilitate change requests to ensure successful project implementation
• Monitor and resolve ServiceNow tickets, coordinate software updates, and maintain documentation for system procedures and production support

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of work-related experience in a similar role
• Project management experience is required
• Direct experience with Epic applications or similar systems is required
• A four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Infor HR or FSM) must be completed within specified timeframes if applicable
