Senior Enterprise Architect
Job Summary
To support enterprise IBM z/OS storage infrastructure across multiple data center environments, the full-time Senior Enterprise Architect will provide senior-level administration and technical guidance while ensuring optimal performance and reliability of storage services in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level administration and technical guidance for IBM z/OS enterprise storage environments
- Configure, administer, monitor, and optimize SMS storage groups, HSM/DFSMShsm, and RMM
- Develop and maintain SMS ACS routines using ISMF and perform DFSMSdss dump and restore activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; no substitution for the degree requirement
- 11+ years of related IT experience
- 4+ years of experience in corporate planning or strategic development
- Extensive hands-on experience with IBM z/OS storage administration
- Strong experience with SMS, HSM/DFSMShsm, RMM, and DASD initialization
