Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Billing Success Manager (B2B SaaS) to provide support and process implementation to enterprise billing clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard and train enterprise billing teams on billing best practices and support their transition onto the platform
Assist sales in the sales cycle for enterprise prospects
Provide reporting training, deep knowledge of Prompt Reporting, Industry Accounting, and AR practices

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or CPA, CFA, or similar
5+ years in the medical billing industry, PT/OT/SLP experience desired
Experience in enterprise-sized RCM companies with 100+ therapists
Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts
Strong technical skills, highly proficient in MS Excel, and a passion for learning software
