Senior Enterprise Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Business Analyst to serve as a strategic partner across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the concept and discovery phases of large, complex initiatives by defining vision, scope, and high-level business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, complete, and testable requirements while ensuring traceability and alignment with enterprise standards
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to analysts and business subject matter experts to enhance requirements practices and delivery quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 8 or more years of experience in large-scale, complex business or enterprise analysis efforts
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and terminology within regulated environments
• Proven ability to develop analysis plans and strategies for large programs or multi-team initiatives
• IIBA certifications (CCBA, CBAP, or similar) preferred
