Senior Enterprise Client Executive

Job Summary

To support strategic client relationships, the full-time Senior Enterprise Client Executive will manage revenue growth, retention, and client engagement for assigned accounts in a 100% remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Retain clients and expand services by understanding client needs and driving renewals
• Develop new opportunities and create account plans that align with strategic client business objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure client satisfaction and achieve program results

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HCM, Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or Healthcare
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with National Accounts in strategic selling or customer service
• Proven ability to build partnerships at all organizational levels and lead via influence
• Exceptional presentation skills at the VP level
